Request for Proposals: Organizational and Staffing Assessment
The Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society (PRPS) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive organizational and staffing assessment. This assessment will evaluate PRPS’s current organizational structure, staffing capacity, and operational practices, and provide recommendations to support the organization’s long-term sustainability, effectiveness, and continued service to park and recreation professionals across Pennsylvania.
PRPS is the statewide nonprofit association representing more than 2,000 park and recreation professionals and volunteers. Through professional development, advocacy, partnerships, and resources, PRPS supports community-based park and recreation providers that deliver essential services related to health and wellness, environmental sustainability, social equity, economic vitality, and community livability.
