Montgomery Township CRC is seeking a dedicated and energetic SilverSneakers® Certified Instructor to lead engaging fitness and recreational programs for our community. This role involves planning and conducting in-person classes, ensuring participant safety, maintaining equipment, and promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Position Highlights:
· Lead and supervise recreation and fitness activities
· Develop program curriculum aligned with CRC’s mission
· Ensure participant safety and respond to emergencies
· Maintain inventory and set up equipment
· Communicate effectively with CRC staff
Requirements:
· SilverSneakers® Certification – Required
· CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Pass pre-employment background checks and physical
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Ability to maintain required clearances and certifications
