The Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Seminar through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP) is an extensive 8-hour training to prepare you for the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) Exam. This training equips caregivers to deliver instruction on dementia, enhance quality of life, explain behavioral care strategies, learn success-oriented activities, and much more. This training is perfect for nurses, CNAs, Geriatric Care Managers, Social Workers, Administrators, Facility Owners, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist, Activities Staff, Recreation Therapists, and those offering Pastoral care. PRPS will refund your registration, less a $25 processing fee, if your cancellation is received in writing more than 15 business days prior to the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations occurring less than 15 business days prior to an event. Substitute attendees are welcomed in lieu of cancellations; please contact the PRPS office to arrange this.
