Speaker: Health Advocate from Delaware Valley Trusts
Parks and recreation professionals spend their days improving quality of life for others, but our own well-being deserves attention, too. Shrinking budgets, competing priorities, and the pressure to do more with less can leave us feeling stretched thin. This session will focus on mental health in the workplace and making room for our own well-being.

CANCELLATION POLICY
PRPS will refund your registration, less a $5 processing fee, if your cancellation is received in writing more than 10 business days prior to the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations occurring less than 10 business days prior to an event. Substitute attendees are welcome in lieu of cancellations; please contact the PRPS office to arrange this.
