Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration refund and cancellation requests must be provided in writing by Friday, February 20, 2026, no later than 4:00 pm EST, and will incur a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued if requested/postmarked after the Friday, February 20, 2026, cut-off date. Substitution registrations will be accepted on a case by case basis.
