Presenters:
Stephen Buck is an experienced professional in landscape architecture and planning, currently serving as a Trails Planner at Chester County Planning Commission since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Landscape Architect at SALT Design Studio from November 2016 to July 2022, and held positions as an Associate and Landscape Architect II at SmithGroupJJR from June 2007 to October 2016. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University, completed in 2007.
Lindsay Baer is a Regional Advisor for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), within the Bureau of Recreation and Conservation. She serves the south-central region of the state, providing technical assistance and guidance on recreational funding. With a strong background in recreation, Lindsay helps partners navigate the DCNR grant program and helps communities to achieve sustainable, connected, and inclusive outdoor recreation projects.”
Kristin Zeigler works as a Recreation and Conservation Advisor for the Trails, Greenways and Statewide Planning – Partnerships Section in the Bureau of Recreation and Conservation in Pennsylvania’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.? She is a project manager for the northcentral, southcentral and southeast regions of Pennsylvania. Kristin manages trail projects that vary from Land Acquisitions, Planning, and Development. She started her career in parks and recreation, managing community programs, leagues, special events and an outdoor pool for over eighteen years before coming to DCNR.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
PRPS will refund your registration, less a $25 processing fee, if your cancellation is received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the event. No refunds/credits will be given for cancellations occurring less than 10 business days prior to an event. Substitute attendees are welcomed in lieu of cancellations; please contact the PRPS office to arrange this.
