The Community Parks and Programs Exchange is an in-person program designed for local municipal managers, elected officials, recreation boards, volunteers, and park champions who wish to increase or improve their local community’s park and recreation offerings.

Local professionals representing traditional Parks & Recreation departments as well as regional authorities will be present to discuss different models for making parks and recreation work in your community. Presenters from the Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society (PRPS) as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR).
