Join us for this in-person learning and networking experience. The Community Parks and Programs Exchange is designed for local municipal managers, elected officials, recreation boards, volunteers, and park champions who wish to increase or improve their local community’s park and recreation offerings.

State and local experts will facilitate interactive sessions on Agro- and Eco-Tourism, Successful Recreation Programming, and Grant Writing. In the afternoon, there will be roundtable discussions with local professionals to delve deeper into topics such as parks, open space, programming, and funding opportunities in a small-group setting. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to take a walk along the West End Trail, a grant-funded project, to spark your imagination about what grant funding could provide to your community.
