Great programs don't happen by accident — and neither do great teams. This interactive session draws direct parallels between the program planning process and effective staff supervision, giving parks and recreation leaders a familiar and practical framework for developing talent on purpose.

What's Next for Staff Training? Meeting the Needs of Next Gen Camp Staff
Camp handbooks and staff manuals are still essential, but the next generation of staff expects more than a binder and a lecture. Join fellow directors for an interactive, peer-driven discussion on reimagining staff training to be higher value, more engaging, and technology integrated.
