Whether you're a seasoned user or just getting started, understanding proper chainsaw safety and maintenance is essential for effective and injury-free operation.  In this one-hour webinar, attendees will be guided through the fundamentals of chainsaw selection, safe usage, and best practices for on-site operation and maintenance. Learn how to choose the right saw for the job, keep it running smoothly, and stay safe every time you power up.  This webinar will be recorded to allow for further review.

In this webinar, Mike Powell will provide his insights on the pros and cons of gas and battery-powered chainsaws, regular maintenance procedures, safe operation and the importance of safety clothing and equipment. Additionally, he will discuss best practices for addressing safety concerns in the field. This session is perfect for park staff, maintenance professionals, and anyone responsible for outdoor operations.
