$400/Members; $475/Non-member (Early Bird Discount, before 1/31/25)
$450/Member; $525/Non-member (after 1/31/25)

Lodging 
For the PRPS Conference, hotel room rate at the Hershey Lodge is $199 per room per night plus 11% taxes. Reservations must be made by Monday, February 24, 2025, or until room block is full. After this date, rooms and/or group rate may no longer be available.

Reservations may also be made by calling 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society at Hershey Lodge, March 16-19, 2025. The Hershey reservations team is available seven days a week from 8:00 am - 8:30 pm to assist you.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration refund and cancellation requests must be provided in writing by Friday,  February 21, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm EST, and will incur a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued if requested/postmarked after the February 21, 2025, cut-off date. Substitution registrations will be accepted on a case by case basis.
