The 2024 PRPS Conference & Expo is being held March 12-15, with Expo Hall exclusively on March 12 & 13 at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort. We will welcome over 400 recreation and parks professionals from across the state! 

We are excited to share information about the Pennsylvania Recreation & Park Society (PRPS) 2024 Expo Hall and Program Guide advertising options. This year, we are offering several options one for each area listed above. We are excited to talk to you about combining opportunities and participating in the conference & expo in a variety of ways! 

Expo Hall Highlights!

• Interact with over 400 parks, recreation and conservation professionals and volunteers.
• Share in-depth information and demonstrations of your products and services.
• Network with attendees, including purchasing agents and decision-makers. 
• 6 Hours of dedicated Expo Hall time! 
• Participate in educational sessions, keynote, meals, and socials – included in your package!
• Receive a list of 2024 conference attendees including email addresses. 
• Company name listed in the 2024 Conference Exhibitor List, Conference Website, and PRPS Annual Buyers Guide. 

Expo Hall Booth Information

• Expo Hall fees includes a booth with one skirted 6’ x 30" table, folding chairs, waste basket, booth id sign.  Booth options listed below.
• Deposit is required to secure exhibit space. Payment in full must be received prior to the event.
• Booths are assigned by total conference investment and then in the order that the contract is received. Event Sponsors who invest over $2,500 will receive preferential selection of booth location, based on availability. All other booth assignments will be made by PRPS staff.
• Booth assignments will begin in January 2024.
• Booth cancellations must be received by PRPS in writing before Friday, February 8, 2024. A $150 admin fee will be deducted from the refund.

Lodging 
As Pennsylvania’s largest ski and year-round resort, Seven Springs has lodging for 5,000 in its high-rise hotel, cabins, chalets, condos, & town houses; 24 meeting rooms, banquet seating for 10-1200; an 18-hole golf course, 30 ski slopes and trails, 11 restaurants, 5 lounges, and dozens of activities.  The accommodations for conference attendees will be in the modern Alpine-style Main Lodge, with a 10-story hotel wing, offering comfortable guestrooms plus 12 suites.

Seven Springs is located approximately one hour’s drive south-east of Pittsburgh, PA. It is easily accessible off exits 91 or 110 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Pittsburgh International Airport is the nearest metropolitan terminal. Pickup from this airport is available by prior arrangement. Parking at Seven Springs is free.
