This webinar will present an overview of the opioid epidemic in Pennsylvania, the hazards of the most lethal opioids and appropriate precautions to take when encountering them.  As this crisis expands, recreation and parks professionals along with other officials need to be able to identify activity associated with opioid use and abuse in parks, take appropriate actions, and institute necessary precautions if exposed to dangerous drugs.  This first in a series webinar will explore the opioid epidemic and the hazards of some of the most lethal drugs. Participants will receive information on how Pennsylvania is fighting this crisis and directed to additional sources.
