2023 Shop Talk - Integrated Pest Management Considerations and Application

The fourth quarter of 2023, Shop Talk will highlight opportunities for improving your operations in 2024. For this session, we invited Robert Moser, Parks and Maintenance Superintendent from the city of Safety Harbor, FL to share his experience developing and implementing a sustainable integrated pest management plan. Participants will: 1. Gain perspective into IPM planning 2. Identify stakeholders that need to be involved with planning and implementation 3. Learn common metrics used to measure operational efficiencies 4. Identify key indicators that "tell stories" and assist with staff and community engagement
