Frontline Youth Sports Staff are in direct contact with the public, are extension of the organization’s leadership and are the face of your organization. The NAYS Frontline Staff Training is designed for ANY staffer (full-time, part-time, summer, seasonal or new hire) and includes an introduction to youth sports administration, their important role in positive youth sports, promoting sportsmanship, interacting with youth sports participants (including parents), safety issues and resources available to ensure quality sports experiences for all.

This live, virtual training includes access to the 2+hour webinar, resources and continuing education plus a digital Certificate of Participation.
