Welcoming over 400 recreation and parks professionals from across the state! The Expo provides a variety of commercial booth options including Standard, Prime, Active Zones, and Islands. Non-profit booths and Auxiliary Equipment Spaces are also available.

The PRPS online portal displays all available booths. Booths are self-assigned as companies make their selection(s); it’s a first-come, first-served process. The Expo layout is below. Non-member commercial booth rates include a 2023 PRPS commercial membership. Payment must be made in full via credit card. If you need to pay by check contact the PRPS office at 814-234-4272. The booth is considered secured when PRPS receives payment.

SCANTrivia

SCANTrivia is an ice-breaking, networking opportunity. It creates an element of fun interaction that not only increases your booth traffic, but also authentic attendee engagement. Participating vendors will have a “SCANTrivia Stop” located at their booth, which is a mounted QR code. Attendees use their phones to scan the code, which directs them to a question about your company. Attendees are required to speak with you in order to answer the question. Each correct answer they provide increases their eligibility for prizes. Sponsors are guaranteed game participants. If you are not a sponsor, you can be a SCANTrivia participant for $35 or donate a prize of equal or greater value. Spaces are limited, sign up now to ensure you are a part of this high-energy competition. SCANTrivia is listed under the "Exhibit Booth" category below.

Advertising

In addition, to the marketing benefits provided via sponsorship, the Conference & Expo has stand-alone print and digital advertising opportunities, including Mobile Event App Banner Advertisements and Program Guide Advertisements. Speed Meet & Greets

During Speed Meet & Greets, exhibit representatives and attendees will be rotated to meet each other over a series of short "dates;” each session will have a designated theme. This opportunity is free to all exhibitors, but spaces are limited. Indicate your interest to participate below.
