2023 Shop Talk - What are Zero-Waste Operations?

The second quarter of 2023, Shop Talk will dig deeper into aspects of sustainable operations. For our April session, we invited Nic Esposito, Director of Policy and Engagement with Circular Philadelphia, to share his expertise into how managers of public spaces help to encourage waste reduction through daily operations. Participants will: 1. Gain perspective into circular economies 2. Identify stakeholders that need to be involved with operational plans 3. Learn common metrics used to measure operational efficiencies 4. Identify key indicators that "tell stories" and assist with staff and community engagement
