Pennsylvania Urban Parks and Recreation Alliance
The 2010 Leadership Summit attendees identified urban parks and recreation as a area of critical need. The Pennsylvania Urban Parks and Recreation Alliance was formed to help make urban areas in Pennsylvania healthier, more livable, and economically competitive through the revitalization and development of parks, green space, and recreation opportunities.
